Why Partner With SESCA

The Shoalhaven Emergency Services Community Awards (SESCA) recognise and celebrate the outstanding dedication of paid and volunteer members of our local emergency services. By partnering with SESCA, your organisation helps shine a light on people who quietly live the Rotary motto of Service Above Self.

Sponsorship of SESCA is a practical way to demonstrate your commitment to corporate social responsibility, staff wellbeing and community resilience. Your support directly connects your brand with trusted emergency services and with Rotary’s long-standing record of ethical, community-focused service.

Partners include businesses, community organisations and individuals who share a commitment to:

  • Supporting and valuing emergency services personnel
  • Building a safer, more resilient Shoalhaven community
  • Encouraging a culture of gratitude and recognition
  • Linking local efforts with the wider Rotary Emergency Services Community Awards across NSW and Australia

Independent Property Valuations You Can Trust
Property Pricer is an Australian-owned, independent property valuation service providing data-driven reports across residential, commercial, and land assets nationwide.
Unlike traditional valuations that rely heavily on comparing “similar sales,” Property Pricer uses a mathematical, attribute-based model to calculate property value. Instead of broad adjustments and subjective interpretation, we break a property into measurable inputs and apply a structured formula to determine value.
The result is a more consistent, transparent, and data-led valuation approach.
Our reports are trusted by homeowners, investors, accountants, SMSF trustees, and real estate professionals who need reliable property information for decision-making, compliance, and reporting.
What We Do
We produce independent valuation reports that are:
·        Built on a mathematical valuation model
·        Supported by relevant market and sales data
·        ATO-compliant for tax and SMSF use
·        Tailored to individual property attributes
·        Suitable for current and retrospective valuations
·        Clearly documented and easy to understand
We don’t rely solely on comparable sales. Instead, we use them as supporting context within a structured, formula-driven approach to valuation.
Who We Help
Homeowners & Sellers – Understand true market value before selling or refinancing
Investors – Make informed purchase and portfolio decisions
Accountants & SMSF Trustees – ATO-compliant reporting for tax and audit purposes
Real Estate Professionals – Independent support for pricing and strategy
Developers – Data-backed insights for planning and feasibility
Why Property Pricer
Most valuations are opinion-led and comparison-heavy. Property Pricer was built to improve that process with:
·        A structured mathematical approach
·        Consistent, repeatable valuation outcomes
·        Transparent methodology
·        Real person customer support from start to finish
·        Independent reporting
·        Fast turnaround times
We turn complex property data into clear, defensible valuations you can trust.

All Property Pricer reports are independently prepared using our structured valuation model and delivered as professional, easy-to-read documents.

BOMADERRY BOWLING CLUB
Established in 1959, Bomaderry Bowling Club has steadily grown both in size and strength, evolving into a vital part of the local community. Over the years, this growth has allowed Bomaderry Bowling Club to merge with several neighbouring clubs—Berry Bowling Club in 2002, Bomaderry RSL in 2014, and Nowra Golf Club in 2017. Today, our club proudly operates across multiple venues, including this beautiful golf course and clubhouse, which has overcome significant challenges, including flooding, to become what it is today.
Beyond being a place for recreation and connection, Bomaderry Bowling Club has also played an important role during times of crisis. Most notably, the club served as an evacuation centre during the devastating bushfires. With the capacity to shelter up to 400 people overnight, a commercial kitchen, and backup power via generator, the club was well-equipped to support those in need. The local community truly came together, responding generously when we put the call out for blankets and supplies.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated Emergency Services teams who continually go above and beyond to support our region. Their efforts during those challenging times were nothing short of remarkable, and we are proud to stand alongside them as part of this resilient community

How Your Support Is Used

Every contribution to SESCA is used carefully and transparently to maximise community benefit. Funds and in-kind support help to:

  • Cover essential event costs such as venue hire, audio-visual support and catering.
  • Provide trophies, certificates and prizes that appropriately recognise award recipients.
  • Promote the awards so that nominations reach all eligible emergency services across the Shoalhaven.
  • Support community and Rotary outreach that encourages a culture of appreciation for emergency service personnel.

SESCA is coordinated by local Rotary volunteers, which helps to keep administration costs low and ensures that sponsor contributions go directly towards recognising and supporting our emergency services community.
