What to include
- For nominations: the nominee’s name, service (for example NSW RFS, NSW Police) and the nature of your question.
- For sponsors: your organisation name, the type of support you are interested in and the best way to reach you.
- For accessibility support: details of any adjustments or support you may need to participate in the nomination process or attend the event.
If your matter is urgent, please use the phone contact in the section below.
When you can expect to hear from us
The SESCA organising committee is made up of volunteers, many of whom are active in Rotary and the wider community. We aim to respond to enquiries within 3 business days. During peak periods (for example, close to nomination closing dates or just before the event), responses may take a little longer.
If your enquiry relates to a specific deadline, please mention this clearly in your subject line or message so we can prioritise appropriately.
Important: SESCA is an awards and recognition program and does not provide an emergency response service. If you or someone nearby is in immediate danger, please call 000 or your local emergency service without delay.
For non-urgent questions about SESCA, nominations, sponsorship or the event, please use the contact options on this page and we will respond as soon as we can.
